What you should know before signing up
What happens on each visit?
A technician inspects the property, treats the perimeter and entry points, knocks down soffits and webbing, and services any monitoring devices. You get a written report of what was found and done.
When are the four visits?
One per season, timed to the pest cycle rather than the calendar — spring for emerging ant colonies, summer for wasps and mosquitoes, autumn for rodent exclusion and cluster insects, winter for interior rodent pressure.
What is the $49.99 follow-up fee?
On Essentials and Essential Plus, if you need us between scheduled visits, that call-out is $49.99. On Ultimate, follow-ups are free and unlimited.
What is SureShield™?
Our barrier system on the Ultimate plan: an extended-residual perimeter treatment combined with unlimited free follow-ups, so any breakthrough between visits is covered.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are quarterly and you can stop at the end of any quarter. We do not lock you into a term.
Does a plan cover a problem I already have?
An active infestation is usually treated first as a one-time job, then the plan keeps it from returning. We will tell you honestly which you need.
